All you need to know about Therapaks

Therapaks are essentially microwave heating bags, but can also be put in the freezer - they become ice cold and help with migraines and headaches, Fevers and any sort of bruising and swelling. 

 

They come in 2 different sizes to target different areas:

 

Wrapak -

46cm x 16cm: Neck and back pain 

 

Slimpak -

(also a Freezapak) - 30cm x 13cm: these are for headaches and migraines and work best if you keep them in the freezer and use when needed.

 

Therapaks are made from a mixture of Flaxseed and Jasmine rice. Because Flaxseed is a seed, it has a higher oil content so it heats quicker and retains the heat for longer. That mixed with the Jasmine rice creates quite a heaviness which helps with pressure and moulds to the body. This mixture has been tried and tested and I can guarantee that when heated and used correctly, there will be no burnt popcorn smell like wheat based heating bags.

 

Therapaks are available in a variety of beautiful fabrics, and each cover is removable so they can be washed conveniently at any time.
